An Ergohuman chair arrives packed in a box to ensure you receive it in pristine condition. It takes approximately 15 mins for one person to assemble a chair. Everything you require is included and the instructions are available as a pdf or video as well as being attached to the chair.

An Ergohuman chair is straight forward to assemble for one person and everything you need is included. The printed instructions are included in the box including a blister pack containing an Allen wrench with all the necessary bolts. This include 2 spare bolts to retain in case you need them in the future.
Once you have unboxed your Ergohuman, it can be assembled in a matter of minutes. Watch the video below or download PDF instructions to get started. These are the main steps:
tip: start all 4 bolts for the backrest and tighten them evenly. Make sure they are at the correct angle to tighten correctly. Note the blue thread locker will provide some resistance. This secures the bolt once tightened and prevents it working loose over time.

Once a year it is good practice to check the back rest and arm rest bolts to make sure they are all tight and that none have worked loose. They are unlikelt to loosen but it can happen after a number of years of use.
